Whether the occasion is a birthday or anniversary, wedding, holiday party, or corporate event, Naples Tomato will customize any menu to meet your needs and budget. Work one-on-one with a Private Event Manager to create a memorable special event.

Make pasta with your own personal pasta chef and have the pasta for dinner! Dinner includes pasta class, pasta chef, antipasto, two pasta courses and a dessert platter. We now offer both a $35 and $50 per person menu, 8 person minimum, 10 person maximum.

Special Event Guidelines

Party of 13 guests or more will be considered a group event

Group events must order from a private event menu

Credit Card Number will be required with a deposit to book an event.

Deposit will be $20 per person or 50% of the minimum food and beverage estimate, whichever is greater.

A minimum of $40 food and beverage per person minimum plus 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax is required for a private event.

All special events will be billed to the host, (any and all other payment arrangements require management approval).

No coupons or promotions can be applied to private functions.
Guest Count
-
Guarantee of the final guest count will be required 48 hours before an event.

If no guarantee is provided 48 hours prior to the event the client will be charged for the original (higher) guarantee provided.
Outside Food and Beverage

Guest may bring a cake, $1.75 per guest plate will be charged for cutting and serving. Additional charges will apply for any ingredients provided by the restaurant.

Outside food and beverage will not be allowed with the exception of wine where the corkage fee policy will apply.
Corkage Fee Policy

Guest may bring in own wine with prior approval from management.

Wine brought in must not be on the restaurant wine list.

Corkage fee of $25 for the first bottle and $30 per bottle thereafter.
Gratuity and Tax Charges

Automatic 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax will be added to the final food and beverage bill.
Cancellation Policy
-
For parties booked Sunday through Thursday, deposits are refundable 14 days prior to the event.

For parties booked Friday and Saturday, deposits are refundable 30 days prior to the event.

For an event cancelled within 48 hours of the event an estimated food and beverage will be charged to the credit card on record along with applicable room rental charges based on the guarantee.
Room Rental Policies

Events will be charged a room rental as per the room rental fee schedule.

Room rental will be waived if the party exceeds the set food and beverage minimum.

There is no room rental Sunday through Thursday May 1 – September 30, except major holidays. Friday and Saturday room rentals during this time period are discounted by 50%.

There is no room rental Sunday through Thursday, December 1 – December 17. Standard fees apply Friday and Saturday during this time period.
