This is a great way to have fun and impress your friends at the same time! Learn how to make mozzarella, buratta and eat your way through this class with other tastes from Italy and California.
$35 per person includes a few glasses of wine or other beverage, cheese samples, some light snacks, class instruction and one pound of mozzarella curd to take home to make your own cheese. Reservations are required.
